We drove around Galveston Bay and just after sunset we took the
Bolivar ferry home. It was too late to see any dolphins. One helpful little boy told us you have to come down in the morning and look port side as he saw five of them surfing off the ferry wake just that morning.

Well we were watching the same sunset then because we were at Clearwater Beach in Florida and told Felicia that Ella lived just across the Gulf:)

It's been awhile, but this is Michelle (aka The Mother Load). I'm not sure if you remember me, but I'm just visiting around and wanted to stop to say Hi! We still live in LA, but right now I'm with kids and hubby in Brownsville, TX (due to hubby's job). Can't believe you are in TX now too! Didn't you live up north?
Jamie - that is so sweet. Clearwater Beach is beautiful - glad your trip went well.
Michelle - yes, I was up near Chicago until mid June, and now I am quite happy to call Houston my home. I just mapped it and Brownsville is about 6 hours from me. Funny how you can drive for 15 hours here and STILL be in Texas.
