I have had Verizon for over 8 years and never, repeat...NEVER had a problem, Verizon has always given me stellar service. Sorry to hear you are having problems with them. Maybe it's the area of Texas you are in. I call my kids in Rockford from Phoenix every weekend with no problems what so ever.
AZ, it's so long and complicated and involves my internet service (I had Verizon/Yahoo) I don't even want to rehash it I surrender. I wave the white flag of screw me.
