Hollandaise Sauce
It’s supposed to be 94° today (in the shade) with the heat index (how it feels with the 66% humidity) it will be 110°. You could not only cook an egg in this heat, you could poach it. We’ll be at the mall today in an effort to not poach our heads.
It's hot here too (mid-Michigan) and so in an effort to save energy and not make the apartment hot, we're having pizza tonight instead of cooking. Anything to stay cool. But I hear there's just one more day of this before a big cool down (upper 70s).
